3D NexGen was created to document a shift that is already under way: the move from drawing based engineering to a fully three dimensional, measured and data driven practice.The platform publishes original technical notes, literature reviews and practical engineering material on additive manufacturing, three dimensional metrology, digital twins and printable materials. Every item states its method and its limitations, and negative results are published alongside successful ones.Our aim is a reference that a working engineer can trust: specific enough to be useful, honest enough about uncertainty to be cited.
